Terms Privacy Refunds

1. What we sell

Chemistry Lab sells digital text content delivered immediately (a full couple report or a full personal profile report) at USD 1 per item. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals.

2. When you get a refund

  • Payment succeeded but no content was delivered — full refund
  • You were charged more than once for the same order — full refund of the duplicates
  • You have not opened the content and request a refund within 14 days of purchase — full refund

3. When a refund may not apply

Because this is digital content delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal may not apply once you have opened and viewed the content. If the content is corrupted or clearly defective, we refund it regardless of whether it was opened.

Reports are entertainment content, so not liking the result is not by itself grounds for a refund. You can preview the score and chapter titles for free before paying.

4. How to request a refund

  • Email [email protected] with your order ID and the reason.
  • Replying to your payment confirmation email also works.
  • We respond with a decision within 3 business days.

5. How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Polar Software Inc. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear. Exchange-rate movements may cause a small difference between the amount charged and the amount returned.
